3、准备提交个人资料:身份证正反面（扫描件），最高学历证明，工作证明，2寸证件照（蓝底）用于考试和证书

4、考试前10日左右，下发开班报道通知函后，参加集中三天培训和考试

5、考试结束后，次月月底前查询成绩，成绩通过后4个月左右颁发证书，国家人力资源与社会保障部官网可查询
